Customer Service Expert Role

 

Contract Type: Full-time – maternity replacement contract
Languages Required: English (C1), French and/or Spanish (B2+)

Pfannenberg is looking for a Customer Service Expert to strengthen our team and support our Sales Representatives. If you're passionate about customer experience, thrive in dynamic environments, and bring a proactive mindset, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting both our Customer Service team and Sales Representatives. With your deep expertise and hands-on experience, you’ll help elevate our daily operations and drive strategic projects that shape the future of customer experience. 

You’ll take full ownership of a specific area of expertise, working closely with internal teams, external partners, and—when needed—public authorities

Qualifications & Work Experience

 

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales 
    • within a B2B industrial environment
    • High school diploma in Economics, Languages, or a related field is required; a university degree is strongly preferred
    • Languages Required: English (C1), French and/or Spanish (B2+)
    • Vocational training in Industry or Wholesale and Foreign Trade is considered a plus
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Navision, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams
    • Strong skills in project management, communication, and problem-solving
    • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, customer focus, and accountability
